Important Assumptions 

  • Some baseline assumptions we’ve made:  In this calculator we’ve assumed your stores have existing speakers that can be used for in-store music and ads and that we would replace any existing digital screens with new ones to ensure an effective and reliable network.  As an example only, we’ve assumed each store would have 1×75″ screen inside the entry and then any additional screens would be 55″ screens within the store.
  • Your internal administration costs are not included in the above calculations.  For example, costs to establish internal processes, policy, resources and admin should also be considered.
  • Why a 5 Year ROI?  5 years is the typical reliable life-cycle (& extended warranty term) of most retail media network infrastructure (eg. digital screens).
  • How accurate is this? Pretty accurate! It’s based on real-world numbers and years of experience.  However, it does include baseline assumptions that cannot apply to every unique business.  If you think an in-store retail media model might work for your business, our recommendation would be to contact us to discuss quantifying the business case based on a model aligned with your strategy and objectives.
