CREATE A PLAYLIST
Navigate to CONTENT / PLAYLISTS and click NEW.
Give the playlist a name.
On the left you’ll see your media library under the Videos & Images tab. Drag items to the right, into your playlist. You can move them up or down, and double- up if you want to. When done, click APPLY.
You can create as many playlists as you like. Navigate back to CONTENT / PLAYLISTS and you’ll see your library of playlists in either Tile or Grid view. You can also see how many groups a playlist has been assigned to (if any).
To action your Playlist, it must be assigned to a Group. See HOW TO CREATE A GROUP for more details. See HOW TO DAY-PART A PLAYLIST to learn more about day-parting content.
EDIT A PLAYLIST
To edit an existing playlist, navigate to your Playlist Library (CONTENT / PLAYLISTS) and click on a name to open it.
Click EDIT and make adjustments to the playlist.
You can also COPY an existing playlist (click COPY), make adjustments and rename it. Click APPLY to add this new playlist to your playlist library.
You can Delete the playlist by clicking the Delete button.
Click on a playlist from the library and you can see all the files that make up the playlist. You can click on a file’s name to open it, or on the thumbnail to preview the file.
You can also see which Groups this playlist has been assigned to under the Players tab.
Click on the Group name to open it and see which Players are in the group, and have been scheduled this playlist.
PREVIEW A PLAYLIST
You can see how your playlist will appear on screen.
Navigate to a player of choice by going to the Players tab at the bottom of the screen and expand the Group the player resides in (click the arrow icon). Next click the name of the Player, then click on the play icon in the thumbnail image in the Video tab.
A preview pane will show the full playlist of content as it would appear on screen. This includes all Auto-Scheduled content.
