Laqorr provides you with an easy way to see how your network of players is performing.
The Dashboard view enables you to quickly assess any troublesome players, and what steps you can take to resolve any issues.
DASHBOARD
Navigate to SUPPORT / DASHBOARD and you’ll see only players in your network that need attention. Note: players that are performing correctly will not appear in this view. The Dashboard shows all players that are not performing as expected.
Ideally, all players are online and reporting correctly and your view will look like this. Sometimes you will see a more complex view.
- A red cross advises an issue exists in that field.
- A green tick advises that, at last communication, the field was correct.
- A blue line means the field is not relevant to the problem.
The REFRESH button updates the Dashboard. The REQUEST UPDATES button will attempt to send a message to each player, requesting that it updates its status.
In this example, neither player is connected nor are they able to report. At time of last connection, both had the correct playlist. The first player was also connected to a screen, however screen connection is not relevant to the second player.
